OPENING: from the beginning of JUne until the end of October
Rifugio Bergamo is located at 2,165 m in altitude and is managed by the Resch family (Hans, Margo and their two children Greta and Lotte).
The refuge is situated in the quietest part of the Sciliar-Catinaccio area and dominates the rugged Valle di Ciamin.
The traditional wood-clad stube [LE1] (mountain lodge) is still original and dates back to 1887, guaranteeing you a comfortable stay in a homely atmosphere where you can sample the tasty local delicacies on offer, while enjoying breathtaking views.
The position of the refuge is an ideal starting point for a range of day trips, including activities such as hiking or climbing.
We speak German, Italian and English.
The refuge comprises 12 rooms (mostly doubles) and has a total of 70 beds. The traditional kitchen offers organic products and fresh goat's milk.
The oldest refuge in the Catinaccio area (the stube is original, dating back to 1887).
A family atmosphere and terrace for enjoying the sun from sunrise to sundown.
Our Indian chef prepares typical Tyrolean cuisine made using organic products (e.g. fresh goat's milk).
